Confluent Creative Rebrands Bacco's Tuscan Grille

Palmetto, Florida, November 21, 2006 - Bacco’s Tuscan Grille enlists Confluent Creative’s strategic and design teams to rebrand the authentic Italian restaurant. Located in the heart of downtown Sarasota, Florida, Bacco’s is the area’s only authentic Tuscan steakhouse.

“We want create a new energy and enthusiasm for the restaurant while maintaining the passion and intimacy that is the Italian dining experience,” said Bacco’s owner Andrea Posani. “People are always surprised about how personal our dining experience is. We help people understand the food of Tuscany and even create special dishes on demand.”
Currently, the restaurant boasts a wine cellar, succulent steaks, fresh vegetables, and homemade desserts.

Bacco’s has recently completed a remodeling phase that added a piano bar, outdoor dining plaza, gallery display areas for art displays, dining area improvements, a larger wine cellar and an enlarged kitchen. The brand and upcoming marketing center around Bacco’s new piano bar.

In addition to the rebranding, the restaurant will be looking to Confluent to create a flexible menu system, implement educational internal marketing displays, develop and promote special events and create a campaign that increases business lunch traffic.
